Our Story

Men's health in Australia is broken. Regeniq exists to fix it.

The Problem

Two systems failing the same men

Men push through. Fatigue, poor sleep, declining energy, brain fog - they write it off as ageing or stress. When they finally see a GP, the consult runs fifteen minutes. A basic blood panel comes back “within range” and they go home with no answers.

Nobody connects the dots between hormonal health, metabolic function, sleep quality, and how a man actually feels day to day. The standard model is not built for that level of investigation.

The telehealth space makes it worse. Non-compliant operators advertise substances they should not name. Pricing hides behind “enquire now” buttons. Practitioners go unnamed. Questionnaire-only consults barely qualify as clinical assessments.

The regulatory consequences are real. The TGA issued $319K+ in fines to telehealth businesses in 2024 alone. Clinics liquidated. Practitioners under investigation. The men caught in the middle are the ones who lose.

The Conviction

Compliance and quality care are the same thing

Every consultation is led by an AHPRA-registered practitioner via secure video. No questionnaire-only consults. No unnamed clinicians. No shortcuts through the clinical process.

Pricing is published before you book. No lock-in contracts. No hidden fees. No pressure to continue if a clinical pathway is not right for you.

Every protocol follows TGA guidelines. Every piece of consumer-facing content is reviewed for regulatory compliance before publication. AHPRA and TGA standards are the baseline, not the ceiling.

Our compliance commitment

Regulated health requires a higher standard. Regeniq maintains full compliance with AHPRA advertising guidelines and TGA regulations across every consumer touchpoint.

No therapeutic claims without appropriate clinical qualifiers. No before-and-after imagery. No testimonials implying guaranteed outcomes. All educational content is reviewed for regulatory compliance before publication.

Compliance is clinical credibility. It protects you and it protects the practitioners who assess you.
