How It Works

From health assessment to ongoing care. A five-step, clinician-led process built around your biology.

01

Health Assessment

Complete a guided eligibility questionnaire covering your health history, current symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. This determines clinical suitability and gives your practitioner a clear starting point before any consultation is booked.

02

Pathology Referral

If clinically appropriate, your practitioner issues a pathology referral for broad-spectrum blood work. Visit your nearest accredited collection centre at a time that suits you. Results are returned directly to your practitioner for detailed review.

Telehealth Consultation

Meet your AHPRA-registered practitioner via secure, encrypted video consultation. They review your pathology results alongside your health history and goals to build a complete clinical picture. This is a two-way conversation. Ask anything.

Evidence-Based Care Plan

If appropriate, receive a personalised care plan grounded in published clinical evidence and informed by your pathology results. All prescribing follows TGA-approved pathways. Any compounding is performed by licensed Australian pharmacies to TGA manufacturing standards.

Ongoing Review

Follow-up questionnaires at 4 and 8 weeks. Repeat pathology at 6 months. Clinical review consultations at 12 weeks and ongoing. Your protocol adapts as your results change, not the other way around.
