Nurse Practitioner

AHPRA: NMW0000956388·Verify on AHPRA

Brett is a multi-faceted, award-winning, AHPRA-registered Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in acute neurology and complex stroke care. As the first Stroke Nurse Practitioner in the ACT, he was a key architect in advancing the region's clinical standards for neurological intervention.

Today Brett has made a transition into preventative healthcare, driven by a pragmatic philosophy forged in the stroke unit: 'the most effective clinical outcome is the one that prevents a patient from requiring acute care in the first place'. Brett is committed to providing men across Australia with accessible, evidence-based care that prioritises long-term metabolic and neurological health over reactive treatment.

Dr. Mitchell Henry Wright

Research & Science

Dr. Mitchell Henry Wright, PhD (Microbiology)

Scientific Researcher

Dr. Mitchell Wright is a career researcher and biotechnologist whose work focuses on the mechanistic investigation of biological systems and the rigorous evaluation of clinical evidence. With over 20 peer-reviewed publications across microbiology and biochemistry, Dr. Wright provides the scientific framework used to calibrate Regeniq's educational content and biomarker interpretation.

His cognitive approach to men's health is defined by 'progressive filtration', a systematic method that prioritises objective clinical data over anecdotal speculation. Dr. Wright evaluates health claims through a composite lens of efficacy and safety, ensuring that biological pathways are supported by replicated human trial data before they are integrated into our evidence-based summaries.

By bridging the gap between laboratory findings and clinical application, he ensures that our educational content remains calibrated to the highest standards of scientific integrity.

Joshua Mowat

Performance & Coaching

Joshua Mowat

Performance & Exercise Coach

Josh is a performance and exercise coach who relocated from New Zealand to Australia to pursue his focus on men's health, strength training, and long-term physical optimisation. With a background in competitive powerlifting and strongman, he brings firsthand understanding of training programming, load management, and the recovery demands placed on the body under high-performance conditions.

At Regeniq, Josh develops exercise and recovery content grounded in evidence-based principles, helping men understand how training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors contribute to long-term vitality. He is also the driving force behind an emerging initiative advocating for universal preventative metabolic screening in Australia, a cause that aligns directly with Regeniq's commitment to longevity, preventative care, and long-term health optimisation.

Alan Healey

Leadership

Alan Healey

Chief of Partnerships

Alan grew up in Brisbane's bayside and followed his father into the jewellery trade. He's spent his career building Wynnum Fine Jewellers into one of the community's most trusted names. He'd watched for years as men around him were let down by a healthcare system that wasn't built to support them before things got serious, and for a long time, he didn't know what that frustration could become. That changed when he crossed paths with Jacob.

Trust over transactions. That's how Alan has always built relationships, whether in jewellery or in healthcare. At Regeniq, he works with people and organisations who share the same ethics and values around men getting access to preventative, evidence-based care. The right partnership isn't about scale for its own sake. It's about reaching more men who've been let down by the system they were told to rely on.

Men deserve better, safer care. Especially when the traditional pathways have let them down.

Jacob Castle

Founder

I started Regeniq after experiencing firsthand the gaps in conventional healthcare pathways for men's preventative health. When concerns about fatigue, declining energy, and sleep quality were met with standard panels and 'within range' results, the questions remained unanswered.

The problem was structural, not clinical. The standard model is built to address isolated symptoms, not to investigate the connections between hormonal health, metabolic function, gut health, and sleep quality. For men seeking a more thorough assessment, the options were limited. The onus is then placed on you to seek answers and manage your systems, often resulting in men turning to unregulated alternatives, which often introduce serious health risks stemming from endotoxins, lead contamination, underdosed or outright mislabelled medication.

I founded Regeniq to close that gap: a clinician-led platform where men can access proper, evidence-based health assessments through registered practitioners, without dealing with fragmented pathways or resorting to grey-market solutions.
