Medication

Australian-compounded. Billed at cost. No mark-ups.

If your practitioner prescribes medication, it is dispensed by an Australian compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy invoices you directly at the cost of dispensing. Regeniq takes no margin on medication and no cut of the dispensing fee.

The separation is deliberate. It keeps clinical decision-making with your practitioner, dispensing with the pharmacy, and removes any financial incentive on our side to influence either.

Regeniq works only with Australian-registered compounding pharmacies operating under TGA-pathway frameworks. We do not source from grey-market or research-grade suppliers.

Private men's health consultations in Australia commonly range from approximately $180 to $350 per visit, with pathology, scripts, and follow-up reviews billed separately. These figures are illustrative industry estimates only and individual clinic pricing varies. Regeniq publishes one membership price that includes ongoing consultations, two pathology panels per year, script coordination, and discreet delivery.

06 / Our role

Who is involved in your care.

01

You

The patient. You retain the right to choose your practitioner, decline a recommended care plan, and cancel under the published terms.

02

Your practitioner

An Australian-registered practitioner contracted through Regeniq. They exercise sole clinical judgment, conduct your consultations, order pathology, and determine any care plan.

03

Sonic Healthcare

Our accredited pathology partner. They conduct the panels your practitioner has requested at collection centres across Australia.

04

Australian compounding pharmacies

Australian-registered pharmacies that dispense medication your practitioner has prescribed. They bill you separately, at cost. Regeniq works only with Australian-registered compounders. We do not source from grey-market or research-grade suppliers.

07 / Frequently asked

Refunds, cancellations, and the assessment fee.

Q.01

What is the $149 assessment fee?

Your first month bundles a $149 assessment fee that covers your initial 15 minute consultation and the coordination of your first pathology panel. It is not an additional charge on top of your first month, and it is non-refundable once your initial consultation has taken place.

Q.02

Can I cancel my monthly plan?

Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period.

Q.03

Are prepaid intervals refundable?

Annual and bi-annual prepayments are refundable within 90 days of the start of your interval, calculated at the standard monthly rate. The prepayment discount is forfeited. After 90 days, prepayments are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of your interval.

Q.04

What if I haven't started medication yet?

If you cancel within 30 days and your practitioner has not yet prescribed and dispensed medication, you may be eligible for a full refund minus the $149 assessment fee.

Q.05

Is there a limit on follow-up consultations?

There is no day-to-day limit. If a cancellation occurs after six or more follow-up consultations within your billing cycle, a per-consultation reconciliation charge applies. Full terms are linked at checkout.

Q.06

Who are the practitioners?

All practitioners are Australian-registered with AHPRA. Lead practitioners and the scientific advisory team are listed on our Team page, with their registrations and qualifications.

Q.07

Why does Regeniq only work with Australian compounding pharmacies?

Australian compounding pharmacies operate under TGA-pathway regulatory frameworks, are accountable to AHPRA-registered pharmacists, and are subject to Australian consumer law on quality and safety. Grey-market and research-grade suppliers operate outside these frameworks. Working exclusively with Australian-registered compounders is how Regeniq keeps the supply chain accountable end-to-end.

Q.08

Why is medication billed separately?

Medication is dispensed by an Australian compounding pharmacy, which invoices you directly at cost. Regeniq takes no mark-up and no cut of the dispensing fee. The separation keeps clinical decisions with your practitioner, dispensing with the pharmacy, and removes any financial incentive on our side to influence either.
