This comparison uses each service's own published pages. Information about Pilot was read on 30 September 2026 from pilot.com.au and may have changed.

Side-by-side comparison

What the service is

Regeniq

Regeniq Pty Ltd, Brisbane QLD. Regeniq facilitates telehealth consultations with independent AHPRA-registered practitioners. Regeniq does not prescribe, diagnose, compound or dispense. Clinical decisions are made by your practitioner.

Pilot

Pilot's site footer reads "A digital health clinic by Eucalyptus", and its site banner says "Pilot has joined the Hims & Hers group" (pilot.com.au, read 30 September 2026).

Consultation format

Regeniq

A private telehealth consultation with an independent AHPRA-registered practitioner. Treatment is only considered after a live telehealth consultation, never from a questionnaire alone.

Pilot

An online questionnaire, then a private practitioner phone chat. The FAQ says a practitioner responds "within 24 hours" (home page and FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

How pricing works

Regeniq

A consultation fee, paid when you book, that differs by pathway. Fees for the peptide, weight loss and sexual health pathways are listed on the Regeniq pricing page before you sign up. Treatment, service fees, delivery and any pathology are itemised separately, so you can see what each part costs.

Pilot

A small connection fee, stated as "up to" a capped amount, to reach a practitioner who reviews your answers. If approved, a treatment plan priced as a "starts at" cost per day for each condition, billed every two or three months (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Contract terms

Regeniq

No memberships and no lock-in on consultations. Some pathways offer a plan once your practitioner has approved treatment; plans renew automatically and you can cancel at any time in your portal.

Pilot

Automatic billing and shipping are on by default. The FAQ says a plan can be paused or cancelled at any time and that there are no lock-in contracts (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Follow-ups and delivery costs

Regeniq

Your practitioner decides when you are next seen and whether any repeat pathology is due. Reminders come by email and SMS a week before a follow-up or pathology date, and again on the day. Some plans include follow-up consultations. Delivery of medication dispensed by a pharmacy is included in subscription plans. Pay-as-you-go orders have a delivery fee per parcel, shown at checkout.

Pilot

Follow-ups are described as free, and shipping as free Australia-wide (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Pathology

Regeniq

Arranged only if your practitioner decides pathology is needed for your assessment. Not everyone needs it. Pathology is billed separately from your consultation.

Pilot

Not described on the pages we read (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Who makes the clinical decisions

Regeniq

Every consultation is with an independent practitioner registered with AHPRA, who makes the clinical decisions. Regeniq does not prescribe, diagnose, compound or dispense.

Pilot

"Partner practitioners" who "work remotely and are located all over Australia" (FAQ). The Medical Team page names three people with their qualifications (read 30 September 2026).

Naming of treatments

Regeniq

Australian law does not allow prescription medicines to be advertised to the public, so they are not named on the Regeniq site. Your practitioner talks you through the options in your consultation.

Pilot

The FAQ says treatments are not named until a practitioner has consulted with the patient (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Supply and delivery

Regeniq

Where your practitioner issues a prescription, an Australian partner pharmacy prepares your order and delivers it. Regeniq does not handle medication or its delivery.

Pilot

Australia Post in plain packaging, refrigerated delivery for some orders, and weight-management orders in up to 10 business days (FAQ, read 30 September 2026).

Areas covered

Regeniq

Peptide therapy, hormone treatment, weight loss and sexual health pathways.

Pilot

The site has pages for erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, hair loss, weight loss, sleep, acne, herpes and mental health (site page list, read 30 September 2026).
