Sound familiar?
Training is on hold. Stairs need a second thought. You want to move forward, but another setback keeps changing the plan.
Bring your injury history and rehabilitation advice. Some injuries need an examination or another care pathway before treatment can be considered.
You return to training, then have to pull back.
The stairs remind you that something still feels off.
Sitting still leaves you stiff when you get up.
You plan your day around the movements that hurt.
You are unsure when to rest and when to move.
You want a clearer next step in your recovery.

Starting a Regeniq protocol is easy

Health assessment
Tell us about your health, symptoms and goals.

Telehealth consultation
Discuss your health history and concerns with a practitioner.

Your care plan
Consider suitable options with your practitioner. Treatment must be clinically appropriate.

Treatment delivery
If prescribed, a pharmacy delivers your treatment to your door.
Understand the injury before choosing the next step.
Injuries differ in their cause, severity and recovery needs. Persistent pain or repeated setbacks deserve assessment rather than an assumption that more time or a particular treatment will resolve them.
Your practitioner considers how the injury occurred, symptoms, previous investigations, current medicines and any rehabilitation already underway. The effect on work, sleep and everyday movement is also relevant. An in-person examination or another service may be more appropriate than telehealth.
Where treatment is appropriate, your practitioner explains the potential benefits, limitations, risks and alternatives. Rehabilitation and a gradual return to activity may remain important parts of your care. This protocol does not replace physiotherapy, surgery or urgent assessment when these are needed. Clarify the cost of any additional investigations or appointments before proceeding.
Keep your real-life goals in view.
These are goals for discussion, not a promise of faster healing or a particular recovery outcome.
More confidence in everyday movement
A clearer approach to returning to activity
Understanding persistent setbacks

Before you begin
Will this make my injury heal faster?
Faster healing cannot be promised. Recovery depends on the injury and your individual circumstances. A practitioner must assess whether this protocol is appropriate and explain realistic expectations.
How do I choose a duration?
The 4-week, 8-week and 12-week options are programme durations, not expected healing times. Your practitioner determines suitability and the appropriate duration.
What is included?
Consultation, treatment where prescribed and delivery are included. Physiotherapy, imaging, pathology and follow-up appointments are not advertised as inclusions. Confirm any additional costs before proceeding.
Is this suitable for a new or serious injury?
A new or worsening injury may need prompt in-person assessment. Severe pain, deformity or an inability to use the affected limb should not wait for a protocol consultation. Call 000 in an emergency.
